What products will help my ​skin types?
For sensitive skin azulen cleansing milk or gentle cleansing gel. Acne prone and blemished skin type we recommend the active cleansing gel. Normal skin type we recommend the gentle cleansing gel.
My skin is so sensitive to everything. Will your ​​​​​​​products bother it?
It should not. However, we recommend the gentle cleansing gel and azulen cleansing milk for sensitive skin.
Is there anything unscented ​​​for my sensitive skin?
Yes, you can specify uncented at the time of order.

​ ​​​Can the products go bad?
One of the only downsides to using natural beauty products is that they expire sooner. Preservatives like parabens and phthalates keep conventional beauty products usable for up to two years, but natural products crafted without parabens could have a shelf life as little as 4 months
How do you use Lillah's Melt?
To use wax melts you'll need an oil burner to heat them up and cause them to melt, releasing their fragrance. Add a couple of wax melts, depending on how strong you like your fragrance to be, to the reservoir at the top of your oil burner. If you're using an electric burner, follow the instructions to switch it on.

I've heard of 'Parabens'. What are they & How can they harm me?
Parabens can act like the hormone estrogen in the body and disrupt the normal function of hormone systems affecting male and female reproductive system functioning, reproductive development, fertility and birth outcomes. Parabens can also interfere with the production of hormones.
